3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Pay invoices according to agreed payment terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in suspension of services and additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property created by Tri-State Web Marketing - MJJT remain our property unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tri-State Web Marketing - MJJT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual service agreements.
